Construction and Structure of our Round Pen:
As standard, we manufacture round pens with various diameters of ⌀12m, ⌀15m, ⌀18m, ⌀20m, and other diameters upon request.
Four options of straight or sloping side panels to choose from.
Side panels available in wood or plastic boards – 32 mm, 38 mm.
Green polyester netting with sun and wind protection.
The gates for the round pen are typically around 3.0 m wide and 3.0 m high.
Post height of 3.5 m (options of 4.0 m, 4.5 m available).
Roofing options include trapezoidal sheet metal, trapezoidal sheet metal with anti-drip coating, and fiber cement corrugated sheets in various colors.

As part of our standard offering, we provide 3.5m high poles to ensure both safety and comfort during riding lessons and when horses are navigating obstacles. Choose from a selection of models for the bands, allowing you to find the most suitable options for your center. Additionally, we offer sliding bands that enhance comfort by preventing horses and riders from rubbing against the band.
To provide added convenience, our lunging areas can be enclosed with a robust and sturdy net, offering protection against wind and excessive sun exposure. This ensures a pleasant experience in the lunging arena, even on hot days. For increased functionality, certain parts of net can be rolled up, allowing for partial exposure and improved ventilation when needed.
To maximize natural light, the roof of the lunge pen can be fitted with a skylight. Furthermore, the entrance to the lounging area can be equipped with an additional door canopy, serving as a convenient waiting area, especially if the lounging pens is frequently used.

Lunge pens made with high quality workmanship according to customer requirements
In our commitment to meeting the unique requirements of our esteemed clientele, we are pleased to offer lunge pens in various sizes. As a standard, we produce lunge pens with diameters of 12, 15, 18, and 20 meters.
For side walls, our customers have the option to select from three different heights: 1.3 meters, 1.6 meters, and 2.0 meters. The boards can be crafted from impregnated pine, larch, or Douglas wood. Additionally, we can create side walls using Denya and Bongossi wood. For those seeking alternatives, we also offer side walls made from PVC boards available in black, brown, and grey colors.
Furthermore, we provide two types of side walls: a straight or vertical and a sloping. The latter offers additional protection for both riders and horses, minimizing the risk of injury. Each lunge pen features a spacious double-wing entrance gate equipped with a convenient gate lock.
Our lunge pens are constructed using hot-dip galvanized steel in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461 standards. Upon request, they can be further enhanced with a powder coating, available in a wide range of RAL colors, to ensure a personalized touch.

To ensure your ability to work unhindered in various weather conditions, we are pleased to offer wind and shade nets as part of our comprehensive solution. The roof of our lunge pen is expertly constructed using trapezoidal sheet metal and securely mounted on strong steel supports, reaching a height of 3.5 meters and complying with the necessary static requirements.
Furthermore, upon your request, we can incorporate a light ridge into the roof design. This light ridge, available with or without ventilation flaps, serves to enhance the access of natural light, creating a well-lit environment within the lunge pen.
